This state-of-the-art transmitter utilizes a robust LC Fiber Optic cable, engineered to withstand being pulled through long conduit paths without incurring damage. The cable terminates into separate transmitter and receiver modules at each end, each requiring an AC power source. These modules are equipped with an LED display to confirm resolution status, ensuring optimal performance at all times.
In contrast to its predecessor, the OBC I, which required a CAT 5 cable to carry the DDC signals and 5v power source up to only 330 feet, this innovative OBC II model operates exclusively with fiber. It features PureLink's exclusive Auto-EDID management feature, allowing it to extend its reach up to 5000 feet with full HDCP compliance.
