These are comfortable headphones with good sound quality, reliable bluetooth connection and they look great when they're new. Noise cancelling also works well, though compared to some competitors' products, the noise cancelling effect isn't very strong. Still a nice feature. Two features would make these headphones much better: - Replaceable ear cushions, after ~18 months of use, mine are falling apart. I expect headphones in this price bracket to last longer. - A reliable way to switch between devices: although the headphones connect to multiple devices just fine, there's no way to control which device I hear audio from and this can be very frustrating. With improved longevity these headphones would be worth their (pretty high) price, but as they are, they don't represent very good value.

I bought this specificly because of the "USB-C" Feature, thinking that it will connect via USB-C to recherche ect. What was my suprise when I discovered that the (usless) dongle is usb but the Headset itself still use the Higt-tech mirco usb connector...

Received these from my boss to work from home in the current healthcare climate. Easy pairing to my iPhone and the wireless USB connection for calls is fantastic. Unfortunately, I will not continue to use due to the odor referenced in several other reviews. A waste of an otherwise great product.

These by far are the best headphone i have to date for over the ear headphones. they feel great for hours and hours a day. they do not put pressure on your ears as many do because they cover your ear. I am not a small person also. the sound is great and the noise cancellation works good. Very comfortable on the head also. I have tried at least 6 different styles of head sets and these are number 1. hence the price for them. expensive but worth every penny

Ive been using these for almost 3 years connected to a windows laptop in the office. Battery life is great, audio quality is great for both listening to music and conference calls. The microphone for calls sounds great and I love being able to mute these independently from the mute in my conference call software. This means if I'm on a call listening and trying to make a cup of tea at the same time away from my desk, I can leave the conf call software on and just mute the headset while int he kitchen. This means that if you get a question you weren't expecting you can come off mute without being at your computer: very handy! The materials and the battery has stood up to daily use for 3 years. you can use these plugged into power and on battery. You can also plug in a 3.5mm jack should you want to not use wireless.

The headset works very badly with Iphone in the office environment - audio streaming is impossible - it works like distorted DAB radio. I tried to contact support - the only answer - it is not our issue - go to apple. Very disappointed. All other pluses of the headset are not significant to me after this kind of experience with the support

I have had these for a couple of years. So comfortable, so clear, and so reliable. They work in airports, on the plane, and after hours catching up on TV. Highly recommended.

This is a great headset. I have had this headset for about 18 months but have only used it sporadically as I travel a lot and it is quite bulky and heavy compared to my Voyager UC set which is also great. The call quality is excellent and music playback is really good. Noise cancelling is pretty good but nowhere near as effective as my consumer headphones, this is to be expected. The priority for a work headset is quality calls and everything else is a bonus. Battery life is really good. As a work device this headset is excellent.

Great sound quality. Pretty comfortable. They do warm my ears up a bit, if on for a long duration. Where these fall short is the Active noise cancellation. While it does a decent job with background noise, like HVAC systems, it is really poor at cancelling out voices of other people in nearby cubicles. If you are listening to music, you can turn it up to drown them out, but that is not really good for you. It would be nice if they could add a feature to the app that would allow you to tune the noise cancellation, to do a better job based on your setting.

Reps told me incorrect information and told me to order 2 headsets. Their communication between their departments is horrible.

I bought this headset last week through my work. I was really excited to try them as I had high expectations. The headphones really look great, fit nicely, seem of good quality. The sound is great (although I need to test more the reliability during calls). Contrary to how a few people wrote, fortunately, no bad smell. However, I really needed the active noise cancelling. I am actually wondering, what do you need ANC for in an office if you cannot filter out other people's voices. Useless. As other comments say, there is basically no difference between the two ANC levels, only a very narrow frequency range is filtered out, and voices around you are made clearer by that filtering. I really wish I'd've read the reviews more carefully. Seeing that there are the exact same complaints since two years, I'd exclude there will be improvements about this in the near future. You may also notice that all 4- 5-star reviews never mention ANC, or if they do, the author either doesn't care much about it, or doesn't have a good comparison. My advice is, if you don't care about the ANC, go for this product. But if you do care about the ANC, choose something else. ?

Recently received the Voyager 82000 UC noise cancelling headphones and have been really impressed with it. One of the best ones I've tried. Works great especially at busy places, makes calling and listening to music clear and crisp. I was really happy until about last week where I noticed that the headphones started to smell really bad like urine. I've tried everything to remove the smell. Really impressed with all the features, but if the smell of it could be improved it would be an amazing set of headphones.

The ANC for the earpieces only reduces rumbles so making other people's voices even clearer! The mic ANC works to reduce background noise but it is difficult to know what people are hearing as that sound is not relayed back on the sidetone. I find it difficult to be heard on a group call and this is frustrating. On one occasion the microphones picked up a colleague who was speaking 3m in front of me, but I did not know and everyone else on the call was confused. I have since bought a different product.

Putting them on only remove certain levels of noise. foreaxmple the airconditioning I sit next to gets even more noisy. If people are talk next to me I still hear them. Forexample: BOSE headphones get totally quiet and remove all noise.

Comfortable, easy to fit, crystal clear sound. After seeing it was an uncommon problem from the reviews, returned them, and got a different pair which has the same issue. It took two weeks from the date of purchase until the smell issue arose. Started using the 8200 approx 2-3 weeks ago, and from the opening of the box, it had a strange smell. The fit is firm but with good adjustment which means i can wear it for reasonable periods. The audio quality is brilliant and am impressed with the quality (have been using the Voyager Focus UC until this), but the audio quality is far superior with this. The mic is clear, controls are firm (but expected with a new headset) and the noise cancelling is outstanding. Have paired it to my iPhone, iPad, laptop and home PC (using the BT dongle), and for all uses, it suits my needs ..... but due to the strange smell, I can only use it in some situations (such as outdoors). A couple of occasions, I have worked in a small shared office, and when taking the device out of the bag, they looked at me, and I had to put it straight away due to the smelll. Someone left a review "cat urine" and to be honest it does have a faint aroma along that line. I am hoping that this was just a "materials" issue in manufacturing and that it can be fixed as the headset is really well built. The only thing stopping a 5 star review for the 8200, is the smell.

The Voyager 8200 UC is a very impressive bluetooth system. The sound quality is excellent! Whenever I use it, it does an amazing job at blocking out background noise. Sound is crystal clear and sharp. I can easily hear my recipient and the reception is just amazing. I have also used these headphones while working out at the gym. It helps me keep my mind focused on my workout. It's not heavy and it feels very comfortable, especially when wearing it for hours. I did not have any issues connecting to Bluetooth. It was just seamless and straightforward. This is honestly the most highest quality bluetooth headphones I've ever owned. It is used daily and I absolutely recommend it!

I bought a pair for my husband and I ended up buying a second pair for myself. The headphones are light and fit both of our head shapes well. The noice canceling speakers make listening to music exciting. They make me feel like I am having an moment just between myself and the artist, like they are singing just to me. The volume is amazing and I love the color options. They are soft and very comfortable on. They do not get heavy after long lengths on and the battery life is amazing. I just love these! I bought these headphones earlier this year. I have used them for air travel, home office, video conferencing, and for leading webinars. They sound great and the noise cancelling is powerful. People constantly comment on how clear my voice sounds, even when I am sitting in the middle of a noisy airport. Battery life is amazing and never gives out on me, even on long flights. I work in a company where these are distributed to us. We have to use them via bluetooth so I'll only be speaking of the functions in that regard. It's moderately difficult to hear customers but doable. The max volume on these really should be louder. As far as the microphone goes, my customers ALWAYS have trouble hearing me. I have to borderline yell for them to be able to hear me clearly. one good thing is that they're really comfortable. That's about it.

I wanted to use these for a week or so to really get a feel for them before I reviewed. The overall fit feel and finish is impressive. Hefty w out being bulky or heavy. Sturdy aluminum, Leather and memory foam abound. The appearance is attractive and modern. Mine are a dark slate or black. Right out of the box they were charged, and synced effortlessly w my phone, and with the addition of the dongle, my computer also. The functionality is very simple and intuitive, easy to pick up right away, and I am not a tech nut either. The active noise canceling comes in two levels. On high you get monastic like silence that really allows you to tune out any distractions and focus on tasks at hand. The lower setting is still impressive but allows for more of the outside in for a less isolating experience. I mainly got these to enable to take and receive crystal clear voice calls. They accomplish this task very well. I can hear calls fantastically irregardless if the other party is on a poor connection or has me on a speaker phone. My voice comes across load and strong always. I pitch multi million dollar projects and do a lot of phone work. Call clarity and isolation was important and these accomplish that in an outstanding way. As far as streaming music etc, that is not really my thing, but they do sound impressive in that regard. Overall, I am very pleased as these accomplished everything I required. They are simple and intuitive to operate and come in at less than half the price of some of the more pricier competitors. I would highly recommend.

These are really comfortable and sound great even when I listen to music. I bag they came with is perfect for travel or just throwing them in my luggage.
