This stabilizer takes a little bit of patience and practice to learn the best way to handle it and balance it but for the price I would recommend this to any amateur. Professionals might want to spend more for a top-of-the-line product that doesn't require so much patience.

It takes a little getting used to, but after you figure it out, it's pretty awesome. My only issue is changing batteries at events' It takes a minute to get my battery out of my Canon 5d Mark iii. You'll get the hang of it though. Great starter piece! ;)

I use the autopilot primarily to video interiors for real estate tours. I find it very helpful to obtain steady video as I capture footage. There is a short learning curve to getting used to maneuvering and developing technique, but the time spent i well worth it! I would recommend the autopilot to anyone looking for smooth video.

Ive never used any type of stabilizer before and am very new to DSLR video. The autopilot is easy to set up and had me flying in about 10-15 minutes out of the box. I mounted a Canon 70D with 18-135 kit lens and only needed 2 plates on each side so it has room to grow as I add more weight. You can even mount a GoPro to this stabilizer if need be. The build quality is nice and doesnt feel cheap at all. The machined parts have a quality finish and seem like they will handle abuse. I love the ease of use and flexability with different cameras and the price cant be beat but most of all i love the footage i get with it!
