Shopper : Is this a new unit?
LINDSAY N : Can I use this 1250DR with Radio Poppers PX system?CHRISTER B : Hello Lindsay - The Photogenic PowerLight uses a standard 1/4" plug (same as e.g. for "full size" stereo headphones, but not the small 1/8" used in e.g. smartphones) so as long as you get a cable that plugs into your Radio Poppers PX at that end (the "flash trigger" output) and a 1/4" plug at the other, you should be fine.

Fantastic mono lights.

I've been using the PL1250 and 1250DR and love them. I would have replaced the 1250 for another DR with digital controls but it works so well I can't see any reason to part with it. Love the size and use them with Chimera softboxes for location shoots. Adorama definitely had the best price and customer service.

Great Medium Power Monolight

I now have two of these and two of the larger 2500DR models. The digital controls let you easily adjust power in 1/10 or 1/2 stop increments. The modeling light is also variable. I love all of my Photogenic gear.
