I purchased these lights with the built-in radio receivers, which I use with a Pocket Wizard Radio Transmitter. Generally, the lights work great. I have had some issues with the radio receiver not working. Another portrait photographer told me he had the same issue and that it seemed to be a fairly common problem with the Photogenic lights. I ordered another for a shoot I had scheduled, and so far, it works great. Do your research before you buy lights for your studio. It pays in the end.
