It does what it's supposed to

It works and it does what it's supposed to. It was a little disappointing, though, because the Profoto sticker was already detached when I got it out of the box. Doesn't affect the functionality, but when you're paying a premium mostly for the brand name...it's annoying.

Profoto Off-Camera Flash Snoot

At first I thought, hmm, this is just a piece of plastic, but then I compared it to the heavier metal one I used to shoot with. Then I added the nicely designed and packaged grid set from Profoto. Then I realized I can use this with their gel kit too! Very versatile when used with the B10, B1/B1x. Heavy gauge plastic that performs, but won't break if misused.

The Profoto Off-Camera Flash Snoot is a compact and portable Light Shaping Tool that drastically reduces the light spread from your off-camera flash. The effect is a crisp and direct light with almost no spill light. The light has a beautiful, round shape, which can be used as hair light or any other application when only a small area needs to be illuminated. The Off-Camera Flash Snoot is incredibly easy to use. You just snap it on the front of your off-camera flash and in a fraction of a second, you are good to go. The Off-Camera Flash Snoot is made of a strong glass fiber that makes it lightweight and extremely durable.
