About Profoto Glass Dome

The Profoto 300K Glass Dome for D1 Monolight lowers (warms) the color temperature of the light emitted by the D1 by 300½K. It approximates the use of an 81A filter on a camera lens. Use it if the color temperature of the D1 is too blue for your preference or assignment requirements. This dome snaps into place over the flashtube assembly.
