Too Hard to Use

The changing of the glass should be a simple procedure. I had to call Profoto customer service to find out how to remove the current glass and replace it with the one I bought. The procedure is difficult and the risk of cracking the flash tube on the inside is great. I would recommend that you have certified professional do the change, otherwise you may break your flash tube, which is expensive to replace.
