I recently bought these to add to my other two from years ago. They sync up beautifully although the older D2's I have have not been updated ever since I bought them. The are the lights to own.

LOVE these lights! I shoot equine event photography, and the recycle time on these is amazing - allowing for more images at opportune moments in the arena. Paired with the Profoto remote, I can't imagine anything better for the job!

The best monolights I have used. Very quick recycle time. Easy to use.

I have 8 of these now. I keep buying more because I love them so much. What sold me was the recycle time. I shoot fast because my clients move fast. These deliver high power in rapid succession. Pair these with the Air Remote and suddenly life is so easy and so lucrative.

The Best Hands Down

Great lights. Solid build. Possibly overkill for my needs but I know I'm covered for any studio shoot (or where you can get power). One of those, "You get what you pay for" situations. Yes, they are expensive. Are there other lights that are comparable, possibly but I'm not going to waste hours of my time doing research. If you can justify the cost, or can simply afford the very best, I think you'll love these.

Was not sure of buying in the beginning Profoto Products due to price. But later on realized that you will get great results with bit of little more investment.
