didn't work for me

Couldn't get it to work. Comes with an installation disk, but no instructions. The driver software installed without a problem (using WIndows 7 system), but couldn't get it to recognize any external devices. Googled for troubleshooting guide, but could find nothing. Wasted an hour trying different installation sequences. Definitely not "plug and play" Do not recommend.
