Works as expected

Bought this for use with Nikon D5200. Charged the battery after removing from package. Put it into the D5200 and turn on. No surprises. Works as expected.

Works well enough, but doesn't last as well as the real deal

Got one of these at around the same time I got my d5200, about 4 years ago. It did pretty well the first 3 years before it started getting flakey and not holding much of a charge. When I went to take it out a few weeks ago, it had gotten stuck in the camera and took some serious effort to pry out. On closer inspection, it's starting to look a touch bloated, not good. Meanwhile, the original battery that the camera came with is still in good form, a little looser in holding its charge, but far better than this one. Get what you pay for and all that. So for the price, yeah, it's worth it. Just keep a close eye on it and just replace it after 3 years to avoid it bloating in the battery cavity.

Not for Hero3

I bought this for a GoPro Hero 3 and this battery is way too big. I would recommend spending the extra 5+ dollars and get an actual GoPro battery. I had to go elsewhere but I got the right battery.
