Shopper : what is the hours of life on this per use?JEFF M : I have gotten over four hours maybe closer to 5+ but the cold weather shortens the time a lot.OMAR G : I bought a couple and the variable in the hours where diffrent in all I would buy a original canon or if you don't mind to have a variable on the amount oof hours then buy it use it the first time and there is your answer in how long I'll holdROBERT M : I do a lot of event shooting with a Sony NEX EA50. In particular I shoot a lot of high school sporting events. It is not uncommon to get three full games on one charge, so I'd say at least 6 hours. A couple side notes: One is that it takes a while to charge - make sure you start charging it the night before a shoot. The other is my camera reads out the battery life as a percentage of full charge. I've noticed that the reading will drop rather quickly from 100% down to about 6%, but then it seems to stay there for a while, & I can still get several hours of shooting after that before the battery is exhausted. Overall I'm happy with it.

Power 2000 Battery for SONY CamCorders

I only used to use SONY Batteries, but at a price bought the Power2000 and have been more than pleased. Not sure how long it will last, but mine is over a year old and I really like the performance
