Buy several Sony cameras eat batteries! I have 6 of these because my Sony RX 10 III uses batteries quickly. They seem to last almost as long as a used factory battery. Adorama had a blow out sale price on them with fast shipping and personal helpful late evening customer service. Has anybody compared them to Green Extreme?

The battery came in an original package and looked fine. However, when I charge it, it never shows that it is charged; the charging light never goes off, although the battery appears to be charged.

It works as specified. I've heard that the batter degrades fast its been a month and I've had no such problem. Great cheap replacement battery.

The battery lasts about an hour so it acts as a good timer to keep your interviews in check. It gets a little bit too warm while using it but it’s not too bad.

Not every 3rd party battery seems to work in the Sony NEX cameras. This one has in the C3 and 7 and reports the percent battery capacity left. Thanks.

Apparently Sony doesn't like third party hardware. After a firmware update, no longer recognized. Camera won't even boot with third party batteries.

I purchased one for my Sony A6000 and I have been using it abou 3 weeks so far, I have drained the battery and recharged it about 10 times and it charges back up and works for the same amount of time as the first time I use it.

Got this with the Sony RX10 IV bundle. Camera sees it just like the Sony brand battery and even charges it. With some third-party batteries unrecognized by some cameras it is nice to see an affordable alternative to Sony brand batteries.

I was warned to carry a second battery for my Sony A6000 camera as I take a lot of pictures. I also read where it was suggested to use Sony's batteries rather than cheaper third-party ones. This has served me well. I also have the plug-in battery charger (Sony) which allows me to charge a battery while I am using the camera for picture taking.

I purchased this to help power a used Sony a6000. It has been through 2 charge cycles so far (about a week) and has performed as expected (the Sony drains batteries fairly quickly). Other discount batteries that I have purchased for other cameras have failed after a few months' use, and some have been durable. I have no particular insight into this brand or manufacturer.

I got this battery as a a spare in a Song RX10 III package. I charged both the Sony and the Power2000 up in the camera. The next day I took the camera out on a walk through Central Park. I got 506 images and still had 33% battery power remaining according to the camera battery meter. Sony says you should expect 420 images on their battery. And you can buy three of these batteries for less than one Sony battery.

Received as a kit battery, however has a noticeably shorter charge. Will work for short term but plan to buy a legitimate NP-FW50 as a spare.

Battery stopped holding a charge after 2 months of use. No longer under warranty. Looked up other user experiences and overwhelmingly the same. Only got this as part of a bundle.
