Monopod Feature is the Best
I love everything about this Tripod, from it's compact size to how sturdy it is. My favorite feature, though, is the Monopod feature. I used it last week at San Diego Comic Con to photograph some panels and it was so quick and easy to transform it to the monopod right in my seat where there isn't much room to move around. The compact size of the tripod made it easy to store the carry bag under my seat along with my camera bag. This is definitely going to get a lot of use.

The tripod features fast and easy Twist-Lock mechanisms for precise leg height adjustments, along with 3-way independent leg angle adjustments at 23, 55, 82, and 180 degrees for reverse fold up. One of its standout features is the detachable leg that instantly transforms into a functional 55" monopod, providing flexibility for a variety of shooting scenarios.
The adjustable, grooved center column is reversible, making it perfect for low angle and macro work. The base platform is equipped with a non-slip rubber traction pad and set screw for added stability. The tripod also features a reversible threaded screw that converts from a 3/8" ball head mount to a 1/4" camera mount, and a built-in retractable weight hook below the center column for additional stability.
The heavy-duty 33mm ball head supports loads up to 18 lbs and features an Arca-Swiss style quick release system with a 1/4-20 tripod screw. Dual bubble level displays ensure accurate horizontal and vertical calibration, while the tension-controlled damping dial offers fine adjustment of ball movement for precise angle positioning.
