Doesn't have the overly long cable that the Nikon charger has. Much more convenient to travel with.

I needed a replacement charger because I lost mine around teh house .I did not want to buy the same one that came with my D-200 because I know it would turn up just as soon as I bought the more expensive one. It has a quick charge time and it fits better in my bag,without the cords.This is a great product for a back-up charger.

This charger works great! I travel a lot so it is nice to be able to charge while driving and in other countries. And you can't beat the price.

My charger that came with my trusty D-100 went missing, so I quickly ordered this item, without reading the description too closely. I was VERY pleased that the package contained travel adaptors. The lower weight and compact size are a small bonus, too, in these days of baggage surcharges on the airlines.

I bought this for a recent trip to Europe. I wanted something that would handle 220 and 110 for the U.S. I was hesitant to use my more expensive Nikon charger on the 220V current. To my suprise the item came with the 220 plug adapter for the European plugs. It is light weight, travels well and worked perfectly. Cons: the Charge and Charged light sometimes seem to glow at the same time so it is difficult to know if battery is fully charged but I just left it on about two hours and had no problems.
