Fun little 'flashback'

Unlike many modern flashes, the FlashBack Senior Speedflash's automation is f-stop related on the flash body, not TTL camera linked. This means that once the lens is set to the suggested displayed f-stop, you can expect accurate and rich exposure in your photos.
The flash unit's retro fan shape, which opens and closes in a circular 9-blade silver dish, is a nod to the days when reflectors were the norm. This design, along with the built-in rechargeable lithium-ion cells, ensures dependable, uninterrupted flash photography.
While the FlashBack Senior Speedflash doesn't have built-in wireless radio R2 technology, it does offer manual or automatic mode. The light delivers dependable, repeatable output in 7 user-controlled output levels in manual mode. In auto mode, the flash takes control of the exposure, but the photographer still sets the appropriate f-stop on the camera body or lens.
The FlashBack Senior Speedflash provides exceptionally even coverage at a fixed 28mm focal length flash spread. It also features an advanced integrated optical receiver for both S1 and S2 pre-flash TTL systems triggers. This ensures balanced coverage over a wide range of focal lengths, without the need for a speedlite crippled zoom head function.
