Good but flawed
Very smooth , only issue is the knob to tighten plate is blocked by camera or cage when the camera is centered. Otherwise great.

It works!
It works! The video head fits on my tripod, supports my Sony video camera properly, and was easy to assemble.
It might not be as smooth as a $500 video head, but is absolutely does the job.

Not the best video head
I dont like this one that came with the tripod. They should change to the other video head or give you an option of choosing which one.

Not happy
You have no idea how I hate to give a bad review. I bought this thru the help from your sales dept. It did not work for what i needed and that was a disappointment. I need a holder for item fp3prpv3ahl which was also recommended which i ordered 4 of.

Pans with ease
There are many other and expensive video heads but this one pans easy, covers vast distance and easily set up.

Not that compatible with GH5
Sometime it bothers me because the plate doesn fit in well with GH5...some compatible issues here. BUt its good for the price

Solid Build and Works Well
Purchased two of these for video sliders and they work great. They are small enough to pack easily and provide good fluid movements.

nice fluid head for the price
I purchased this along with a video monopod & tripod. The tripod already had a built in head, but I need a fluid head to tilt up and down. This head handles 11lbs. which is a lot of camera and or video gear. This was a perfect fit for the video monopod.
The silver tilt lock doesn't stay locked even, when you think you have turned it hard enough, several times it has unlocked and slammed the camera forward while on a monopod.

Very Nice Product.
Very good product. Works like it should, however for reasons not clear to me yet, I believe this was not made by Manfrotto/Bogen, as advertised. Still a very good design & product.

Not So Good
I don't like giving negative reviews but this is not a good video head... at least... for a Sony RX10M3. Does not fit. Ended up buying another brand and paying $160.00 and I'm happy with it.

Better for lightweight cameras
You will most likely need another QR baseplate on top to use it with a dslr. The silver tilt lock doesn't stay locked even when you think you have turned it hard enough several times it has unlocked and slammed the camera forward while on a monopod.

very nice fluid head for the price

This was a perfect fit for the video monopod. The only reason for only 4 stars, is that the panning was no where near as smooth in the panning mode as the built in video monopod, BUT the tilting up and down is butter smooth, and that has help with my videos looking less shakey.
