I order this product for my videographery business. Overall, it is well built, and great product. The software that it came with was not functioning to well. So i uninstalled, and reinstalled it, and it work smoothly. Unfortunately when my package came in the mail, the carrying case was damaged. I believe it wasn't the company's fault.
