Have been using on scenery and wildlife as well as shots of the moon. It won't autofocus above 2.8 but has given a nice added bump to focal length of my lenses.

i use it to extend the range of my shots.it's easy to attatch, and solidly built.with careful focusing you get some sharp pictures.does not work in af with lenses that have an af switch. best used with these lenses in manual.does cut down the light on cloudy days.because i only use it on sunny days that's not a problem.there are better on the market but, this one does ok.

The product is good quality and come very complete, is easy to install and works, but the main issue is the autofocus is void if your lens is 4 or higher, that means that only work if your lens are very light, and if you have expensive lens probably will not need converter. It is good for take pictures to static things.

Takes a little getting used to using. So far all OK. Works well on the Sony 500 Reflex lens. Alpha 100 and the Alpha 350.

Tele-converters, aka tele-extenders, are relatively small optical devices that fit between your camera body and lens, producing greater magnification and increasing the lens’ focal length. If you’re shooting macro, it can effectively turn your normal lens into...
Placed between the camera body and lens, a teleconverter contains a set of optics that will effectively increase the focal length of a lens by a factor of 2x . Pro Optic converters are made with high quality multi coated optics and designed to electronically operate with the camera contacts. Designed specifically to be used with prime or zoom lenses of 100mm or above. 2x will increase a 300mm into 600 mm and will decrease the lens with 2 f/stop. Focusing manually is recommended when using a lens with a f/stop of f4 or slower. Longer exposures will require a tripod for stabilization
