But I wish I could order top/bottom of different size

This sure is a better way to keep filters clean than felt slots in a box. But I'd like to include a step adapter in the stack and have top and bottom of differing size. Hint - hint. Sell separately? I screw the set together rather loosely and put a rubber band around the lot. I'm done with threads stuck tight and "filter wrenches". So far so good.

Caps That Stack Very Well

I received the stack caps along with a few new filters for a previously purchased new lens, and was very pleased with their easy attachment: no problems getting screw threads to mesh. They are a little thin for my large hands, which gives them the 4 stars. If you have a normal hand size, you'd probably give them 5.

Great protection for filter

I am very happy with this product. Never seen one before, and am glad it was suggested with my filter kit purchase. Went on vacation to the Canadian Rockies, and the Stack Cap was the perfect way to protect my polarizer filter when not needed. I could convienently keep my filter in my pocket, and the Stack Cap "sandwiches" the filter for safe keeping.

Be sure to "reverse screw" the parts first and when they click right turn forward to close unit gently. They should last many years.
