Does what it is supposed to do.

Kind of hard to get this kind of thing wrong, but it can be done. This piece does exactly what it is supposed to do and for the price, is even better than expected. Used on a Nikon 105mm f2.8 Micro NIkkor to expand the twin flash lens mounted heads further away from the optical line.

Step-up Ring works

Threaded effortlessly onto lens as well as the filter.. Using this on my Nikkor 105 Micro with circular polarizer. I actually keep the polarizer on the stepup ring. Does what it should do.
