ADAM G : Can you use this with any 82mm ND filter, tiffen hoya syrp etc...?JIM B : I use it with my Tiffen Variable Neutral Density Filter and have been very satisfied.BILL N : This ring will allow you to use a threaded 82mm filter from any major brand on a 67mm lens. This includes Hoya, Tiffen, B+W, Breakthrough etc.STEVE C : I believe yes. if the size is correct for your filter, then it comes down to threads and I haven't found a filter that wouldn't thread into it... yet.MARK W : Any 82mm filter will work on it.

But it could also be adamantium. Ever since I bought it, this mutant dude has been trying to take it from me. Definitely not mithril since I haven't seen any elves around.

Once you know your lens filter thread and what size you're adapting it to, it fits and it seems like metalso less likely to break

Simple, useful, and way cheaper than having multiple $200 filters.

Works great. No slack in connection, and good quality metal. I use them for video so I can transfer an 82mm VND to any lens. Nothing negative to say, just a simple affordable option for someone running and gunning every single day of the week.
