About PreSonus 18sAI 18"" Subwoofer
The PreSonus 18sAI 1,000W Powered 18" Subwoofer with Active Integration features a ferrite driver and a 32-bit/96 kHz DSP chip. Because of all the onboard technology, the 18sAI is able to deliver wired and wireless control of all setup, tuning and monitoring functions using the free SL Room Control software for Mac, Windows and iPad.
Although it is designed to complement the full-range StudioLive AI loudspeakers, the 18sAI subwoofer is flexible enough to work with other powered loudspeakers. An adjustable alignment delay allows the subwoofer to be placed in different positions relative to a full-range speaker system. When used with a StudioLive 312AI, 315AI, or 328AI, the StudioLive 18sAI forms a true four-way system.
The 18sAI subwoofer has a stereo pair of XLR/TRS combo line inputs and a stereo pair of XLR full-range line outputs. The line outputs can also be switched to sum mono. The lightweight plywood enclosure includes ergonomic side handles, an integrated pole insert and interlocking stacking provisions.
