While the StudioLive 32R Series III stage box and rack mixer may seem like a simple piece of equipment, it's actually a powerful partner for your StudioLive Series III console/recorder. This device can function as a straightforward stage box or a combination stage box and monitor mixer. With the ability to network using AVB, the StudioLive 32R can be connected to a Series III front-of-house console with a single lightweight CAT5e or CAT6 Ethernet cable. This eliminates the need for heavy, expensive copper snakes and the signal degradation that comes with long analog cable runs.

The StudioLive 32R is equipped with local inputs and outputs, channels and buses, networking connections, recording capabilities, signal processing, scenes and presets, and digital features. It also comes with actively integrated software. The preamps and phantom power of the StudioLive 32R can be remotely controlled from your networked Series III console.

In stage box + monitor mixer mode, the StudioLive 32R serves as an excellent networked stage box and a full-blown monitor mixer. It offers more processing and mixing power than any mixer in its class, all packed into a compact two rackspaces (2U).
