It works like a charm connecting a Pocket Wizard to a strobe light.  It is shorter than my last one so it's a perfect length.

I tried a few different triggering methods from hard wire to various wireless gear. I ended up spending the money on Pocket Wizard triggers. They work every time. This cable is just the ticket to connect my pocket wizard to my studiomaster 3 Photogenic Monolights.

This connector allows me to use a Pocket Wizard Mini TT1 to wirelessly fire some 30 year old Bowens 400-B strobes which have an RCA sync plug connection and it works fine.
