Coils perfectly, stretches perfectly
With my flash on a Stroboframe, the cord stays out of the way in both landscape and portrait mode and stretches easily enough to mount the flash off to the side for tabletop work.

Expensive in the UK, so great from here!
When used with P-TTL flashguns on Pentax cameras it makes so much difference to get the flash off the camera. At 9ft long and without the tension of the shorter coiled version tugging the flash back towards the camera, this lead is extremely liberating! Even with import duty and, this lead was less than half the price asked by UK retailers including refusing to sell to a UK address) and it arrived in a staggering 2 or 3 days which was quicker than I could have expected from a UK mail order company!

Excellent product
I use these Pentax flash connecting accessories when shooting outdoors in bright light and many other applications. I love the versatility of the system and the fact that the on camera flash can be used in conjunction with off camera flash, and still retain full auto capabilities. It's especially useful when the camera is in manual exposure, and then the flash is used on P-TTL (or TTL on older models) to provide fill in high contrast situations.
