In liquid form it is one ounce to 32 ounces of developer approximately. I have yet to use the powdered form. LouJON H. M : This is a chemical used in some black and white film developer formulations that you mix yourself. It can also be added to black and white paper developers to use with old photographic papers so they develop out with nice whites instead of the mottled brownish whites that you would ordinarily get with old papers.DAVID T : I havent used this yet, so dont know if instructions are included.
