Having quality Chemicals is what it is all about when you decide you are going to control the whole process from beginning to end

Since I live in a very remote area in New Mexico, I keep an extensive supply of chemicals for mixing developers. If you live in an urban area where there is a Photo lab that does custom processing you would not need to MYO unless you want to see the results of your shoot the same day. When you leave home in the morning you never know how the day is going to pan out, what the sun is going to do, what the conditions will be when you snap the shutter, what mistakes you may make. Many times I have developed a roll of film just to save one shot that I screwed up because I made a mistake. Having quality Chemicals is what it is all about when you decide you are going to control the whole process from beginning to end.

Why settle for less when you can have the best The Photographers' Formulary Hydroquinone is an effective, safe, and reliable choice for your black and white photographic development needs. This high-quality product plays a crucial role in building density, working seamlessly in combination with other developers to produce professional-grade results.

While Vitamin C can serve as a substitute for hydroquinone, it's important to note that you'll need to use 1.6 times the weight of hydroquinone and increase the alkali (such as borax or carbonate) by 1.6 times to compensate for the acidity of the Vitamin C. This ensures that you maintain the balance and effectiveness of your photographic process.

The Photographers' Formulary Hydroquinone is not only reliable but also stable under ordinary conditions of use and storage. However, be aware that the solution may turn brown in air due to oxidation. This is a normal occurrence and does not affect the product's performance or safety.

In a market saturated with alternatives, the Photographers' Formulary Hydroquinone stands out as a cost-effective, high-quality option for both amateur and professional photographers. Trust in its proven effectiveness and reliability to deliver outstanding results every time.
