I read many of the reviews on this product and was a little skeptical at first..... I had to a replace a receiver for my photo studio and didn't want to spend a lot of money since it is just used for background music. I was also looking for a smaller unit that would take up less shelf space since often I use a phone or iPad as a source device. I decided to take a chance since I have come to trust Adorama and knew that I could always return it should the need arise. This is a great little unit for the money and the SD card feature is really nice. I converted a bunch of tunes in my iTunes account to MP3's and it don't have to bother changing Cd's or tying up my phone. The remote is adequate, however, you have to be pretty much straight on for it to work. This unit does not run hot as others have claimed and the build quality is better than expected! Very happy with the purchase!
