Good - Reliable n Cost effective product

Recently purchased (by PHONE ORDER) a Panasonic Soundbar SCHT350 and ordered Optical Cable for hookup to PANASONIC 55" Plasma TV - regrettably the cable won't work as this has male>female adopters while the system requires BOTH female plug ins..but it is a decent product that is cost effective and would work good with confiming adaptors..on reporting back ADORAMA refunded FULL value of the product andthat was a great gesture that spells compassionate customer care on the part of the ADORAMA organisation..thanks folks
