Michael M : can I connect this to my ipad air with an adapter if so what adapter do you recommend?W. M : I would not pick up this particular unit for any purpose. There is not enough range to do almost anything. In other words, for the range you might be THINKING you can get out of the wireless system here, you can get WIRED lavaliers with longer cords. A person would be sorely tempted by the price of this item, but it is essentially throwing $20 into the street. Furthermore there does not seem to be an audio IN jack ON an Ipad Air. The only connection seems to be for headphones, which is an OUT connection.ERIC W : i connected it to my ipad2 using the irig and is able to record wirelessly... not the best quality. may to connect a betterlapel mic
