beautiful sound & deal......but inspect

Great looking speakers and great deal but look over well, original speaker box had damage holes in it that reached the grill cover, appears to be from storage not shipping.company may have got good deal on it or was a returned item resold to me.I was warned by other feedback to be aware of stuff like this. I made the repair and they work and look good. return shipping would have made an exchange not cost effective. Still very happy with adorama....this is easily my 5th purchase from them.

The Pyle PDWR50B 6.5" Indoor-Outdoor Waterproof Speakers (Black) is intended for use on boats, marine settings, decks, patios, poolsides, or any other setting where moisture or water are present and could otherwise damage traditional speakers. It offers a 6.5" aluminum injection cone woofer and a 1" high compliance mylar tweeter.

Other features include a 50-ounce magnet structure, a capacitor crossover network and a bass-reflex vent. The unit is constructed from ABS plastic and has quick-connect speaker terminals. A spring-loaded mounting system facilitates installation and removable rustproof mesh grills provide an additional layer of protection. This unit includes (2) speakers.
