The product arrived with no damage. I would have liked to have seen it packaged in a Ziploc bag as it is a poisonous material.

My use for pyrogallol is quite different than its intended use. I grow crystals on glass microscope slides and then photograph those crystals with a microscope using linear polarizers. I am a fine art photographer and a scientist. If a chemical contains any impurities in the tiniest amount I will see them under the microscope. The pyrogallol when viewed under my microscope is totally devoid of any impurities and the crystals are quite beautiful. Sorry that I do not have an image to attach to this review as my desktop computer is being repaired at this time by Geek Squad and will not be available for another 3-4 days.
