Excellent stuff. Easy to mix and use. A great way to get a different look from your black and white film. May not be everyone's cup of tea, but definitely worth a try for experimentation's sake and to try and get closer to your artistic vision as a film photographer

This time I bought my Pyrocat-HD in Glycol from Adorama for convenience sake. I've had good experiences with Photographer's Formulary products since 2012 and have had consistent success with them. "Shiprock" was developed using a dilution of 1.5:3:100 in a Jobo 3005 Expert drum and a Jobo CPP3 processor operated at 55 RPM.

I've used Pyrocat MC in a Jobo for a number of years. I get good results on a wide range of films. The staining effect contributes to fewer printing steps. Highly recommended.

Let your photography reach new heights with the Pyrocat-MC in Glycol Film Developer, a superior high-acutance developer meticulously formulated by Sandy King. This product serves as a remarkable alternative to other pyrogallol-based staining developers, offering a unique blend of fine grain and full emulsion speed.
Designed to cater to all types of development methods, the Pyrocat-MC in Glycol Film Developer is versatile and user-friendly. Whether you prefer rotary, normal agitation, minimal agitation, or stand development, this developer is engineered to meet your needs.
What sets the Pyrocat-MC apart is its energetic nature. It works faster than its counterpart, Pyrocat-HD, making it a more efficient choice for photographers. Moreover, it produces very low general stain (Base+Fog), even with extended development times. This feature makes it an ideal choice for developing negatives to the high Contrast Index (CI) required for printing with alternative processes.
In a nutshell, the Pyrocat-MC in Glycol Film Developer is not just a product; it's a tool that enhances the quality of your work, making every shot a masterpiece. With its ability to make a 100Lt solution, it offers long-lasting service, ensuring you can focus on capturing stunning images.
Note: This product is a liquid film developer.
