PPEQ100 is it worth the $

I put this unit in my Home system works well, BUT the power is off the LEDs on the right stay lit, and the LED spectrum LEDs do not respond to the indiviual sliders just overall music.O ya LED lights are to BRIGHT ! but the music does make my InFinty Speakers sound SWEET !
