The Pyle Track Watch (Blue) has everything you need to train with power. It includes a compass, chronograph, pacer and countdown timer. Always know your bearings with the compass and 16 compass directions (N, S, E, W, etc.). Use the timers to stay on top of your lap time. And use the pacer to make sure you're running at the speed you want, from 40 to 180 bpm. The EL backlight makes the night usage easy.
