I say give it a try

Excellent stuff. Easy to mix and use. A great way to get a different look from your black and white film. May not be everyone's cup of tea, but definitely worth a try for experimentation's sake and to try and get closer to your artistic vision as a film photographer

I've had good experiences with Photographer's Formulary products since 2012

This time I bought my Pyrocat-HD in Glycol from Adorama for convenience sake. I've had good experiences with Photographer's Formulary products since 2012 and have had consistent success with them. "Shiprock" was developed using a dilution of 1.5:3:100 in a Jobo 3005 Expert drum and a Jobo CPP3 processor operated at 55 RPM.

A Great Developer

I've used Pyrocat MC in a Jobo for a number of years. I get good results on a wide range of films. The staining effect contributes to fewer printing steps. Highly recommended.

Enhance your photography experience with the Photographers' Formulary TD-16, an improved D-76 film developer. This high-quality, professional-grade product is meticulously formulated to replicate the working characteristics of the renowned Kodak D-76, widely recognized as one of the most popular black and white film developers globally.

The TD-16 film developer offers an optimal balance of speed, fine grain, and high sharpness, delivering superior gradation for your black and white photography. This effective and reliable film developer stands out from its competitors, particularly in its consistency. Unlike the traditional D-76, whose pH can rise significantly, leading to a substantial increase in contrast, the TD-16 maintains a stable pH level. This stability ensures consistent results and preserves the desirable working characteristics of the D-76 over an extended period of up to six months.

Crafted by the reputable Photographers' Formulary brand, this durable film developer is designed to produce 4-8 gallons from a 1.5 Lbs formula, providing excellent value for professional photographers and hobbyists alike. Choose the TD-16 for a reliable, high-quality film developing experience that enhances your black and white photography.
