Quasar Science Q25 Rainbow 2 25W Linear RGBX LED Lamp, 2', Type B

After the successful launch of the original Rainbow Linear LED Light, we present the R2, an advanced version that retains the sleek, sturdy, low-profile design of the beloved Quasar legacy products. The R2 series, available in three lengths - Q100R2 (91 in/232 cm), Q50R2 (47 in/120 cm), and Q25R2 (23 in/59 cm), is engineered with multi-pixel control, ensuring clean color and high output, hallmarks of Quasar products.

The Q25R2 features 10 pixels, the Q50R2 boasts 24 pixels, and the Q100R2 accommodates 48 separate pixels. Recognizing the importance of efficiency on set, we've introduced the Ossium Mounting System, designed in collaboration with G-Force Grips. This system includes the Ossium Rail and Slider, allowing you to mount hardware anywhere along the back of the light. The Ossium Baby Pin, also included, can be attached to the Rail or Slider, providing flexibility in positioning your mounting point.

Quasar Science prioritizes color quality, and our RGBx technology ensures our lights achieve an SSI rating of between 76 in the daylight range and 91 in the Tungsten range. Our lights also score CRI/TLCI ratings of 95+ when producing full spectrum white light from 1750k to 10000k, and deliver the most intense saturated colors. The R2 series also features improved fidelity and low end dimming, bringing every color mix closer to a true 1% intensity.

The R2 series offers an onboard control interface with an OLED screen and a new "Blackout" button, allowing parameter editing while the light output is disabled. The series retains wired RJ45 passthrough ports for direct data connection for protocols like DMX, sACN, and ArtNet, and includes a built-in Ethernet Node for advanced data networking and studio installations. The R2 series also offers extensive wireless capabilities with CRMX, W-DMX, Bluetooth, or WiFi for versatile wireless data connectivity.

Powering the R2 is flexible, with options for universal AC power input for mains power or auxiliary DC input for use with power bricks and battery packs. The Rainbow 2 series also features an expanded onboard FX Engine, offering generous FX presets with multiple new parameter controls. This allows you to fine-tune effects from Emergency to Paparazzi, adjusting Hi/Low Intensities, Speed, Color, and more. The multi-pixelation adds another dimension to every effect, making for more realistic results with FX like Fire and TV.

The R2 series offers wired control via Cat5/6 DMX Artnet sACN, wireless DMX control by Lumen Radio CRMX Wireless + Bluetooth, and is compatible with W-DMX Transmitters and Artnet over Wifi. The Lead/Follow Mode allows operation from one tube to control multiple tubes, making the R2 series a robust, industry-standard lighting solution.
