Quantum XK6 Power Module Cord for QB1 Compact / Bantam Battery with Nikon SB-600

Required in order to make the Quantum Battery 1 Compact work with my Nikon SB-600 speedlights. I suppose that, in a perfect world, speedlights would be built with universal ports that could be used to connect such batteries without pricey (IMHO) adapters like the Module XK6. I gave it a 4 star because it means that I have to keep the battery door open on my SB-600 and the price.

the battery pack will last me about 3000 shots shooting roller derby with the SB600 at 1/4 the power. the cable to use with the battery pack and the SB600 is not the best, the battery door compartment needs to be left open which can be a bother at times, i don't mind it as much since i place them on a light stands.

I use this adapter for my SB600 flash. It works as advertised, the only thing I wish it had was a longer coiled cable with a RCA jack instead of the short cable and the 1/8 end.

Finally, I have been waiting for this cable for the SB600, It works with bantam and compact batteries only, very solid construction.
