PAUL-JONATHAN C : Is this stand really only compatible with the Interfit reflectors? Or will it fit any? I bought the Impact 5-in-1 round reflectors...JENNIFER H : I have used another type of reflector with no problem. If the reflector you want is really thick on the edges it may not fit into the holding slots on the stand.DWIGHT W : I have the same 5 in 1 round reflectors ABMs it works fine food me.LU B : I've never worked with any other kind of reflectors or back drops. Shopper : Considering buying this reflector stand - is it able to accept a boom for a diffuser?CRAIG P : No, this one doesn't take the boom. I had to buy a different one that has an adjustable boom on a swivel for that purpose.MARCY D : I'm not sure. I only have used my stand to hold reflectors. I would suggest calling the good people at Adorama and asking them. They have always been helpful. The phone is answered promptly by a real person who is knowledgeable, friendly, and often funny. Good luck!MARGIE D : Its a very lightweight stand. The diffuser may act like a sail on this and with very little wind could take off. Depending on the size of your diffuser, I'd definatly use some weights to keep it steady. Also, the poles only extend vertically. Not sure if this helps...

Works great. Does what it suppose to do.

I use it to hold collapsible backgrounds indoors. No problems... It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the best uses for it.

Good Entry Level

Bsckground swivels at slightest breeze or draft since background only hangs from top in middle...needed to brace on sides

light weight and does what says!

its does exactly what its supposed to do. It holds the reflector. its very light so alot of weight is a must outdoors!!

Small reflector holder <=48"

Bought it to hold the 6x7 chroma key screen. Did not do the job. Does hold my 4' diameter reflectors. I do not recommend it for large screens, but it is ok for smaller screens

A little cheap

[...] After further examination, the plastic used to hold the legs with the spreader was very cheap and looked like it had almost 'crumbled' apart rather than 'snapped' apart. It was indicative of very cheap and weak plastic. Other than that, the look of the stand was great, though it was a little heavier than other similar types.

Sturdy....

This stand is better than my expectation. Heavy is a plus for me... I am planning on using it for outdoor. I will get back for my result for it. So far it is a good stand...
