Questions & Answers

Shopper : How many exposures on each roll?SCOTT K : This is 120 film so it depends on the format of your 120 camera. There are 16 exposures per roll for 6×4.5 format (for some cameras only 15), twelve for 6×6, ten for 6×7, nine for 6×8 and eight for 6×9. The film is normally 72 cm long.ARYEH F : Depends. With a camera in 645 format, you'll get 16 exposures. If the camera is 6x7, then you get 10.
Shopper : Where does an amateur get this film processed these days? None of the local film developing shops (drug stores, etc.) will do it.James B : It is regular c-41 process, there's no reason a "local film developing shop" that develops other types of C-41 films will not develop it. Chances are that they all send it to an outside lab and don't develop anything in-house. Regardless, if you are serious about shooting film, you can develop it yourself with a very small initial investment and at cost of ~$1.00 per roll if you buy a C-41 kit. I do realize that's not for everyone, but I started with the exact same thought (and exasperation) as you.MARJORIE P : A chain called Ritz Camera did a roll for me a couple of years back. They no longer have a location near me, but perhaps they do mail order processing. There's an independent shop in Portland, Oregon called Blue Moon Camera. They do accept mail order film for processing. Try contacting them.JAMES M : I use Dwayne's PhotoDEVAN C : I had luck getting it developed at a local photography store. I know most drug stores don't have the capability, I'd look around for a specialty shop. The one I use can do color, but has to send out for B/W.MICHAEL C : For this type of film (120 medium format), you have to take it to a specialized photo lab/store. Costco might process it also. There are a number of mail order services you can find online also; you mail them your film, they process it and mail it backR P : there should be a pro shop somewhere near you that may do it. also, you can always ship it to a big city. i recently used pheonix imaging in chicago, they did nice work. if you do that, you may way to invest in a lead bag for photographers so your film doesnt get blasted my xrays en routeTRENT M : Richard Photo Lab in Hollywood, CA. You mail them your film and they deliver digital's via FTP or CD. They are reasonably priced and pretty quick turnaround (usually 2 weeks for me). It's not one-hour photo fast, but you'll get what you pay for with them.SHEILA L : Check with pro camera shops. They usually have a source.
Shopper : Why Did You Choose This?EDWIN D : I had been wanting this one. And the customer images you have on the page really helped me get an idea of what to expect.CASEY T : It's running out and I want to have a little back up supply for a trip this summer.GEOF A : love the colors of 400H!CARA S : it said closeoutWYATT H : filmLIZA LEI L : I heard good things about the Pro 400H.JAIRO M : Pretty soon you won’t be able to find it 😞TOBIAS W : Stocking up the fridge.LARRY P : A known good quality film with enough speed for almost all situations.NOAH R : I like the colorROMAN V : Beautiful green and blue renderingsCHIHAO H : Love the color and performanceYIMING H : best alternative of portra 400, i like itKATHERINE R : purchasing as a gift for a photographerRICHARD U : I prefer Fuji 400H to Portra for outdoor scenics especially in winter when the sun is more often at a low angle and hence more yellow resulting in Portra looking overly yellowJESSICA W : I need itBRIAN L : I like it and it will be gone soonDEREK P : I love shooting filmJUDE H : going to be gone forever soonJOHN G : cheapest high speed color 120 filmGARY W : Can’t find anywhere elseMICHAEL R : Stocking up before it’s gone foreverESTHER M : Its rated one of the best film. Great Film Stock

Produces wonderful images. I've found some added success when pushing the film one stop. Reduced the grain in the shadows (although not always preferred), and allowed certain colors to pop a bit more. I'm ecstatic that Fuji is continuing to produce this film!

Never disappoints

I've bought stuff from Moment for years now and I've never been dissatisfied with the service, the product, or the delivery. I even had a pre-order for a sweatshirt one time and they had someone communicate with me properly of it's status. So yes, keep buying from here! If you haven't, then what the heck are you doing reading this!? Go buy something right now. Cheers y'all.

About Fujifilm 400H Daylight Film

FEATURED REVIEWS

Great film!

By Zach S.

This film is one of the best ISO400 print films I've ever used. This film is reputed to be a great wedding film, and that reputation is definitely not undeserved. If you're looking for a film that'll perform well in low light without going uber grainy on you, this is it. Even on the shots where I slightly overexposed it (a stop to a stop and a half), it was quite forgiving (no blown out highlights, no unusable film grains)... The film is designed to reproduce skin tones especially well, a...
