Works Great in combination with RCBS neck turning tool to use most concentric cases,also to check and verify If Dies are inducing a runout concern,especially like the tool for checking for case head separation on my 22 Hornet cases which are prone to this condition after multiple loadings.Really tightened up my groups !

Great addition to the Reloading bench

Have you ever fired 4 bullets in a group of 5 into the exact same hole, just to see the 5th bullet go wild? Was it you? Did you pull the shot? Did that bullet have horrible run out for some reason? Is that the case neck that you stepped on, but full length sized and expanded ? and you thought you fixed it. 
 
With this tool, the guess work is taken out. Without it, errant shots and problems will always make you wonder. This tool gives peace of mind. 
 
It won't fix the bullet for you if you have problems. It does let you know where the problem is though. You can systematically check for run out all through your process to narrow down where it's coming from.

Needed to know what's happening

This tool is the "all in one" gauging tool for taking all cartridge case measurements; neck thickness, case body thickness, head separation, neck concentricity, over all length, and primer pocket depth. It also is allows measuring bullet concentricity or runout of loaded rounds. This tool and a scale allows you to sort cases for consistency or determine how uniform your case prep work is; trimmining, neck turning, primer pocket uniforming, flash hole uniforming/de-burring, and sizing.
