This was my first press back in 1992. Primer seating was done with a separate die. Still have this press and use it often for rifle ammo from 45-70 to 450-400NE

Great press "budget rock chucker"

Been using this press for years and always thought it was a rock chucker! Was gifted this from my uncle. Reloaded PRS ammo on it from 223 to 300prc and it has done everything I have asked.

Perfect Single Stage Press

Aluminum works great on this press. Solid and rugged. Just what the doctor ordered for a simple, easy to use press. I've used the lifetime warranty on RCBS presses and they always come through. Nice price, dependable and attractive. You can't go wrong on this press. Very basic and straightforward approach to reloading.

Don't let 'aluminum' worry you!

Bought my Reloader Special 2 with aluminum frame in 1983. Have loaded MANY thousands of rifle and pistol cases since then with no measurable wear. I'd buy a new one but my 1983 model is just fine, thank you. This current model here looks like a winner.
