Order a decaping rod for my .357 mag die. It fell under warranty and they sent 2 instead of 1. She was patient and walked through the process. Wonderful customer service! This is why I have used RCBS for all my rifle and pistol reloading.

What great products RCBS produces! I began reloading 27 years ago when I purchased my first rock chucker press and 30-06 dies from midway usa. Last week I broke a decapping pin from the original die set because I had a military case that was mixed in with some Remington cases I was sizing and decapping. Of course the decapping pin broke because military cases are crimped around the primer. I called the customer service department to order a new decapping pin with neck expander. I explained what had happened to the gentleman at RCBS and that it was a 27 year old die that had sized thousands of rounds over the years and it was entirely my fault for not being more watchful about the type case that I ran through the die. The representative said that the decapping pin was not covered under warranty but he would send me a new one anyway at no charge to me! 
Try getting that type of service from any other company especially on a 27 year old product. 
RCBS always makes great reloading products and always backs them with great warranty and service. Thanks RCBS !!
