The RCF SUB-718AS 18" Active Subwoofer is powerful and compact, designed to be coupled to every RCF Professional Speaker System product. 700 W of pure digital amplification coupled with specially designed woofers deliver powerful and punchy deep bass for any application, increasing the low end performance of your system, both in terms of output and frequency extension.

It integrates a totally new digital high power 700 Watt amplifier, a complete electronic processor section and premium RCF low distortion, high power 18" woofer. The result is a compact, light weight, high power accurate subwoofer, unique in its class for efficiency and low distortion.

The system re-defines audio subwoofer performance standards. The SUB 718-AS is equipped with a new generation of 700 Watt Digital Amplifiers that produce a very high output, extremely low distortion and an incredible natural sound. The amplifier features a solid mechanical aluminum structure which not only stabilizes the amplifier during transportation but also assists in heat dissipation.

The RCF Precision "Inside/ Outside" voice coils assure long term reliability and vastly reduced power compression.

The SUB 718-AS features a 18" inch woofer that, with a 4" inside-outside aluminum coil and a powerful magnetic structure, assures a fast and accurate sub-bass frequency range, taking advantage of RCF's superior moulding, assembly technologies and a wealth of professional knowledge and experience dedicated to achieving extremely high standards.

The Baltic birch plywood enclosure is painted with black, heavy duty, textured epoxy. The front is protected from a strong, powder coated, metal grille. The cabinet features two M10 threaded points for optional speaker kart, a 35 mm pole mount socket and two comfortable recessed side handles.
