The hardest thing about setting up this printer is getting it on its stand and taking all of the blue tape off. Once I got that done I downloaded the device manager and off it went. setup to printing a test page was literally less than 10 minutes and that's because I have a slow connection. The output is phenomenal. I would buy this again and again.

Love this printer. We have another Ricoh laser printer (Aficio 320) and we bought this one because our copier died, so we replaced an old b&w inkjet printer with this all-in-one color. It's working great and is a smaller version of our other one. No complaints. Looked at a lot of printers (HP, Canon, Xerox), but the reviews were bad and when I ran across this Ricoh at a great price, I was sold. Printing and copying so far. No reason to scan or fax yet. Ricoh is a great brand and I would recomend it.

I am so disappointed to order this printer. If you are not using wireless airprint option, then it will be fine. There is no way I can setup the airprint even though printer has option ready.

Needed the ability to do an occasional color print with too high of a cost. This was the perfect fit. Easy setup. Not the fastest printer but I'm typically not in a rush for print jobs.

It's a good product for home office. Duplex fast for both black and color printing.

Purchased for home office. I had heard the setup on this Ricoh was going to be difficult, but it really was simple. We have Wifi, and the Ricoh picked up the signal instantly. The only wire going to the printer was the power cord. That's it. Once I entered the Wifi password, this machine was ready. My computer sensed the new printer, I made it my default, and it printed instantly. The printer is quite heavy, so it is best to have another person help you get it into position. While taking off the protection ribbons, I noticed how nice and large the printer cartridges were. They snap in and out with ease. The color quality isn't photo quality, but it is very, very good. It definitely serves the purpose I had for it. I don't have to have a 2nd printer on my desk anymore for printing in color. The fans on it are rather noisy, but they are silent when it is in sleep mode. Unlike my last Dell laser printer, the Ricoh wakes up every time I send a print job to it. This is the best value-for-price laser printer, fax, copier on the market. Period. Very happy with this Ricoh C250FWB.

It's big, it's loud, but you get a lot of features for the price. Full duplex, fast print, good quality. It's not difficult to setup for basic things like printer/scan/copy, but it's really challenging if you want extra features. There are two problems that affected me specifically: 1. AirPrint doesn't work out of the box. Have to call Ricoh, pass two levels of support and wait for an assistant to come(was actually quite fast, respect Ricoh). The assistant enabled AirPrint through engineering menu. 2. Sending email can be done only through non-SSL/TLS protocol which is no-go for all major public SMTP servers. Solved this by getting up small SMTP relay on my RaspberryPi Overall I do recommend the product, but get prepared for a challenge ;)

I bought the Ricoh Mc250FWB for my business overall its a pretty solid printer, the reason why I have it 3 stars is because you have to use the Ricoh app on your smart device to print anything. On my old printer all I had to do is select print on my iPhone and it would just send it through now you would have to select Ricoh app then from there it would take you to the page you need to print just adding steps that doesn’t need to be. Overall best bang for your money

This printer PRINTS! Our last printer was terrible. It printed only sometimes. When it did print, everything we printed looked like a bar code. This printer doesn't print bar codes - unless that's what you're trying to print. It's also fast, wireless, duplex, has multifunction doodads, and... works. Be sure to download the driver if you're adding the printer on Catalina (macOS) as the OS wants to use a generic driver by default.

Ricoh M C250FWB laser printer was packed well. A bit heavy than I imagined but managed to get it on the desk with help of wife. Installation was easy. Fired right up. No problem printing from pc/laptop. On iphone, did not like QR code printing since you had to place your iphone next to printer. Instead used Printer Pro iphone app to do wireless printing from iphone/ipad. Solidly built. Prints good. Colors a sharp and correct. Hopefully it will last a long time. ??
