By using a laser beam to control where a single color is applied to paper it is faster and cheaper to produce than other printers. By using the laser there is no smudging of ink. It does not, however, print in color or photos. It is limited but a good quality when you use only black ink projects and it is extremely cost effective. Not user friendly setup for wireless operation

Having issues with paper not feeding with #20 paper. Worked best with a lighter paper stock. Easy setup if you are using a USB cable, Ethernet and wireless setup could give a novice issues.

Not bad at all for the price I paid!

Although, setting goals up the wireless part was a bit of a chore, and I'm an IT guy, bit for ($) I'm not going to complain. Excellent for your home office, or your personal work printer. I like the ability to print from my phone, and I live the fact that I can stick it anywhere I want in my office because it's wireless. It's also a lot more economical to print text from than my ink jet.

Great printer, difficult set up

Great printer but was difficult to set up. It could be me because I have no disc drive and had to use downloaded drivers. After struggling for a little while I just deleted everything and started over downloading a Ricoh universal driver and it worked. Since connecting, I have been very satisfied with the printer. High quality!

Great laser printer for the price of ink.

Great laser printer for the price of ink. I got tired of buying $50 worth of ink for my HP printer every month or so and decided to get this laser printer instead. This is a perfect solution if you do not need to print color.

I would highly recommend the Ricoh wireless laser printer

I would highly recommend the Ricoh wireless laser printer. It was very affordable and easy to setup. Also, the print quality and speed exceeded my expectations.

Printer doesn't work- prints charachters

The printer is known to print characters and fails to print properly. We have done everything in an attempt to fix this issue, but nothing has worked
