hazel z : is this wireless? is it a fax machine and scanner too?BARRY J : No, just a printer. I don't know if it can be hooked up wirelessly, I use the usb cable. I use it for the ledger size paper and the toner. It doesn't use inkjet ink which would be messy for my application.BROOKS G : It's a heavy-duty "Sherman Tank" of a networked monochrome laser printer. There is an optional interface card which adds 802.11 wireless, the standard configuration has a 100BaseT Ethernet networking. Although the keypad may lead you to think it has faxing capabilities, since there's no scanner in this unit, faxing from it is not possible either. I've been burned over the last several years with the declining quality (and increasing operating costs) of monochrome laser printers from the major vendors like HP, etc., but the Ricoh 4310N seems to buck that trend and is a solidly-built unit that has a low cost-per-page.ANDREW R : Unfortunately no, this unit is a printer only. Though a wireless network adapter may be installed on this device, it is not equipped for wireless networking as shipped.

Aficio Sp 4310N

Easy installed to the network. Need to print the configuration report in order to find the Mac Address ( a little bit complicated ) but if this is done its no problem. Very quite devise and very fast to warm up.
