Like every new printer, it works well. Image quality is great, no paper jams... the real test is in 5-10 years when I've replaced a few parts and toner cartridges, and see how long the feed rollers etc. will last. It takes card stock (100lb paper) ok, even though the spec sheet says only up to 75(?) or 80(?). Entering in an IP address using the tiny control buttons was a bit of a pain, but a necessary evil. I have not tested the WIFI feature; I use it hard-wired to my router. The web interface for the printer setup is okay. Just wish it had a display of the actual print queue. Alas, this was the case with my Samsung laser printer as well.. so, maybe, this is only a feature on mid to large office printer devices (40ppm+). However, for the price I paid and the fact that it's duplex and color.. I'm happy.

Worked well for two weeks--awesome print quality. Then I tried to print on Day 15, and the colors are not aligned. I have run color calibration several times and replaced the cartridges. Color calibration still stinks. Would not buy this printer again. Cannot send back to Adorama, because I ordered it FIVE weeks ago. Was away on a business trip and did not open box until two weeks ago. Adorama says "too bad. Call Ricoh." Ricoh is hard to reach unless you want BUY something. And I also bought an extended warranty, which is also no good, because the factory warranty should be good. Not impressed with the lack of help I received from Adorama, even though I have bought a LOT of goods through the years here from cameras to lenses to computers. Probably will shop through Amazon next time,

Great product, it prints quickly and sharp colors. What I don't like about this product is that you can't scan documents or photos.

This is an excellent printer, very precise print resolution, perfect color matching when using CMYK images. I set it up on a Ubunu Linux print server using the PPD driver included on the CD for use with MacOS, and it works just fine. A very inexpensive solution for high quality printing right in the office, no need to go to the print shop anymore.

I have set up a lot of wireless devices and I always hope for the best and expect the worst from printers. This Ricoh set up very easily and has continued to respond quickly to print jobs from standby from my Macbook using IOS and virtual Win 10. I tried a few color photos with laser photo paper and the prints are pretty good. It's not high end inkjet quality, but it doesn't have inkjet cost and nozzle issues which keeps me from owning one and sending those jobs to labs. Really like the ability to change cartridges independently as they run out Very happy so far.

Price point was good when it was sale. A little bit slow to start printing. Set up for Windows 10 was difficult. There is no EXE installation file. Automatic installation did not work. Requires good computer knowledge. Good to have duplex printing. Wifi was easy to setup. WPS set up did not work. Basically, hardware is fairly good. Software is not good. Instructions with pictures leave you with some guessing.

Replaced my older (10 year) Ricoh color laser printer with this Ricoh SP C250DN color laser. I like having the wireless network printer feature. Now my wife can print from her laptop and I don't have to download her stuff on to a jump drive and then print it for her on our old desktop connected to a printer. I was quite pleased with my old Ricoh as it held up quite well over the years, but it was time. Starting to get too many paper jams, and for the money I just couldn't pass this one up. I also like the Duplex printing (printing on both sides of a piece of paper automatically), this saves on paper and makes handling large documents so much easier as they take up 1/2 the space. OEM toner cartridges are fairly expensive, but I will buy them until the warranty period is over. that's why I only gave it 4 stars. Compatible toner cartridges are about 1/2 the cost. If this printer lasts as long as my old Ricoh, I'll be one happy printing fool.

Hooked up fast. Unpacked and WiFi printing in 20 minutes! I've had HP printers for years, I'm ready for a more reliable brand. This Ricoh is much heavier than I realized.

Not much to say but that the copies are very good, especially when I print a 2-sided document. My only complaint is that periodically throughout the day, the color copier will suddenly start up and noisily cycle like it is going to print a page or two. I have a B&W printer that never makes unexpected noises.

Printers are notoriously bad, but this one is the worst printer setup I've ever had. I've set this thing up three times and it regularly disconnects. It does not install with windows default drivers and I've never had the wifi successfully work.

The only thing I don't appreciate about this printer is it's warm up speed. But it is a great value! It includes both wired and wireless network access, and auto-duplex. Most surprisingly, the colors are quite accurate. I have printed photos from it and they look quite correct. If you read reviews of Brother color lasers, you'll read that its colors are bad on photos. Finally, if speed and regular use is an issue, note that a higher speed model is available. And it accepts 3rd party toner cartridges just fine.

Was able to setup for wireless printing straight out of the box. Had to download the Ricoh app for our Apple products to print wirelessly since it is not AirPrint compatible.
