This printer produces very nice color and black and white print. Color is not photograph quality, but you don't expect that from a laser printer. Wireless connection worked at first, but after a few days, it now shows as connected on the printer end, but offline on the computer end. Finally had to switch it over to USB port connection.

This is very good printer for lower cost compair to other welknown companies. This printer is working very well. For Wireless setup is not automatic. User needs to enter ip manually to setup wireless printing.

Setup for the printer is the worst. Had to call Ricoh and now they’re sending a tech to see if there is something wrong with it. Do not buy if you are the average consumer. The whole process is a pain. Very outdated setup process! I would rather pay more and have a more user friendly machine.

Great multifunction laser printer with easy configuration and wireless connect first time. I bought the non-sheet feeder simple Ricoh and was so sorry when I saw this at lower price, I grabbed it. Recommended highly

This is my second Ricoh, the other I use for dye sublimation. I am extremely pleased with the C250SF, it is an excellent machine for the money. Installation was a bit tricky, however there is abundant information on how to do this easily from other posts here that did the trick. The quality of print is good and I am SO happy to again have a laser for my everyday printing needs. No more smudged copies or weird colors as were predominant with the cheaper inkjet types. Putting pen to paper, I'd buy a ($) inkjet that would give me around 50 pages before I needed new cartridges at ($) a whack. The Ricoh will do 1,000 at higher quality on the initial cartridges, 2500 on replacement cartridges.... WAY money ahead to buy the Ricoh. - PS: Adorama was awesome to buy through. They kept tabs on my order and shipping, it arrived right away.

Printing setup fine on windows and mac. No linux direct support, can install mac ppd to grt it to print from linux, but did not get time to fully exercise functionality. Disappointedwith scanner support, does not work with windows fax and scan application. Reasonably easy to setup scan to folder on computer. No direct mobile printing support, very disappointing in today's environment for a printer indentifued for home office use. Printer had a broken item on receipt, adorama said they could do nothing other than setup a return. Sent me contact informatikn for manufacturer that was incorrect. When i got in touch with the manufacturer, they took my information and had a tech dispatched within a day. Really apprecated the quick response. Overall believe it will be a good printer

Inkjet is no competition against this professional printer. Lots of bells and whistles to explore!

I was very surprised with the print quality of this printer for the price it cant be beat. It is heavy and noisy but other than that it works great. A few tips, dowload the driver from the ricoh website and check the settings on the printer for the IP (dont use autodetect), second configure everything thru a browser to that IP (the small screen and menus suck but the web interface is pretty solid), for the print to folder I had issues with the permissions until I granted full access to everyone on the share only then was I was able to scan to folder with no issue, scanned better and faster than my old flat bed scanner. Havent used the fax (does anyone still fax?). People need to be realistic on these reviews you are paying less than 200.

This is a great buy in a printer - especially since it is laser and won't require new ink cartridges every few pages. The print is nice and crisp. The interface on the printer is simple and logical, the software on the computer is also once you get past a less than logical installation process. Once the logic used is figured out, it installs easily for all aspects. It's plenty speedy enough for even more small offices, and it really does not take up as much space as anticipated. Overall, excellent buy.

Good Lazer printer for price. Very hard to network and get on wifi connection. Not easy to setup but quality is pretty good. It's definitely not a plug and play printer so unless you willing to put time in setup don't get it. It's worth it if you're willing to put the effort to understand product

Printer stopped working after 1 day. I called Ricoh support and they sent a guy to fix it at my house for no charge. But now the printer will randomly print a blank page for no reason.

This printer is an incredible value. Every feature works as advertised. Duplex printing is my favorite feature. This printer has a duty cycle of 30,000 prints per month. If you are printing near that volume the supplies will be on the pricey side. For home or small work group use this printer is fine. I wish that it had full duplex scanning but for less than $ it is still a deal.

Printer keeps going offline when I want to print and I'm having having a really hard mapping it to scan to folder or to email. I'm throwing this garbage in the garbage. I won't even give it away to avoid the trouble they will have to go through setting it up and operating it. It is too bad I had high hopes for this printer and was actually excited when I bought it. Extremely disappointed

Worst printer I have ever owned. The wifi could not be set up at our home. At my business I got the wifi to work only two days. Actually was so upset with software in printer I threw printer away and bought a Brother printer.

Good Value for the money. It does duplex printing. But is difficult to set it up.

I have never really understood why vendors will request a review immediately after a purchase when it might take weeks to actually put the item through its paces enough to provide a true and beneficial evaluation. As far as my experience with this particular purchase is concerned, the printer was packaged well with lots of Styrofoam for padding and tape holding down movable parts of the printer. The printer is larger and heavier than I would have imagined, but this makes it seem more professional. We have large Ricoh color laser printers at work and they are made much the same way as this personal all-in-one. The test page I printed came out perfectly and quickly, after the brief warm-up period. I use the scanning feature much more than the print function, and that seems to work well also. I was a little bummed that the scanning software I use (PaperPort 14) does not recognize the Ricoh installation. I have to use the accompanying software and have it send the scan file to my PaperPort directory. Kludge, but doable. I have not yet contacted Nuance (PaperPort vendor) for a possible fix, but will when I have time.

I am generally not the type of person who bothers to write reviews but the experience here was so terrible I felt obligated to do so. I bought this printer on sale for about ($) At the time I thought this was an amazing deal and couldn't pass it up. Now I wished I had passed. I am a highly technical guy and the setup was not exactly straightforward. The drivers come on a CD, so if your laptop doesn't have a CD you are possibly going to have to find the right files from Ricoh's website and manually install them, even on Windows 10. After messing with the settings trying to get a successful print, the printer spit out about 14 pages of garbage before I had to cut the power. Eventually I got the driver issue resolved. I successfully printed 3 pages from this printer, including one full color photo. The print quality was great. Recently I attempted to print a fourth page and the printer threw an error: "Service Call SC396" I called technical support and they told me I had to fill out the online product registration before they can provide support. I went online, filled out the form and tried to submit. Instead of submitting my information Ricoh just popped up a message telling me how they've made great improvements to their support and a new toll free number is available for better service. No option to finish submitting my warranty. I'm typically a patient guy but this has been an end-to-end failure on Ricoh's part in my opinion. I'm personally done with Ricoh products. This was my first and my last.

Got the SP C250DN a couple of months ago. My son is taking it to college so decided to get the all-in-one to replace two other printers.

Overral, it is very easy to setup and works great. Since I do not have CD-ROM on hand. it looks me sometime to find the driver and tools. Nowadays, most laptop does not have CD-ROM, if the quick installation guide can point out where we can find the content in CD-ROM would be better. Setup SMTP is failed, it looks like it only support port 25. Unfortunately, no email server support that anymore. If anyone know how to setup SMTP for hotmail or gmail. please share with me. Thanks

It's a good multifunction printer. Not really win 10 compatible you will need to install drivers manually. Disc don't come with scanning software to work with win10. Does have lanfax you can fax from your computer.

I recommend this to anyone who needs sharp color. I purchased thos to replace a wonderful HP colorlaser that was a little faster, but except for the very expensive cartridges, the results are outstanding
